TechWorld Brine [CW]

Finally! I did it XD yey...

Sooo... In the TechWorld, Brine is a Glitch (what a surprise). He can enter any electronic maschine or gadget and can control it for a short amount of time. That also means he can control cyborgs, robots, holograms and others too... kinda. He often glitch and weird stuff may happen around him XDc btw TVs n' stuff maybe won't work when he's around. He has a "GlitchedForm"... but I didn't draw it yet XD damit... Brine's left eye has VirtualVision. Simply means he sees the Data and and stats about the things he looks at... eheh... I shound draw that too XD... ugh
